Kolomna, Moscow region, 1915

Studied at OGIZ (“Association of State Books and Magazines Publishing Houses”) Art Vocational School in1932-1936 and at the Moscow Institute of Fine Arts (MII) in 1937-1942 (A.A. Deineka’s and G.G. Ryazhsky’s workshops).

In 1935-1939 studied at V.N. Deni’s studio. Vatolina is the author of many political posters.

Participant of exhibitions since 1938.
